EisnerAmper Ireland is a member of 2 separate Framework Agreements for the provision of professional services to the Central Bank of Ireland. Under these Framework Agreements, we have advised the Central Bank in developing and executing plans relating to the recent economic crisis and restructure of the credit union sector; from investigation, strategy and policy development and oversight to due diligence and M&A execution.
The Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform which commenced operations in 2014. The OGP has responsibility for sourcing of all goods and services on behalf of the Irish Public Service.
In 2015, EisnerAmper Ireland was appointed to 5 separate panels with the OGP to provide audit, accounting, financial and economic services to public service bodies in the health, education, local government and defence sectors.
In 2014, EisnerAmper Ireland was admitted to a Framework Agreement for the provision of general financial advice to the Shareholder Management Unit of the Department of Finance. The Shareholder Management Unit is responsible for the management of the shareholdings of the Minister for Finance in Ireland’s banking sector. Our experience working with the Department also includes previously being engaged to review and report upon cost saving initiatives arising from the Public Service Agreement 2010 – 2014 (the “Croke Park Agreement”).
EisnerAmper Ireland is a member of 2 separate Framework Agreements for the provision of advisory services to NAMA. In 2010, EisnerAmper Ireland was admitted to a Framework Agreement to undertake multiple Independent Business Plan Reviews in relation to Top 20 borrowers and borrowers from every tranche since transferred to NAMA. In 2014, we were appointed by NAMA to a second Framework Agreement for the provision of advisory services in connection with high complexity NAMA connections relating to borrowers with substantial debt levels and multiple entities across complex group structures and jurisdictions.
EisnerAmper Ireland has previously been engaged to provide financial management training to the Department of Agriculture. We also have experience of working with the regulatory bodies including the Credit Union Restructuring Board (“ReBo”). ReBo is the statutory body responsible for facilitating and overseeing the restructuring of credit unions to support their financial stability and long term sustainability.

Alastair advises our Irish and international corporate and private equity clients on restructuring, forensic and due diligence reviews and regulatory issues. Alastair also specialises in advising on corporate funding, origination and structuring.
Alastair’s clients include state bodies, domestic and international financial institutions and asset managers. Alastair is EisnerAmper Ireland’s lead partner on the Firm’s Framework Agreements for the provision of professional services to the Central Bank of Ireland, the National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”) and Ireland’s Department of Finance.
