What you will be doing:

You can expect to be a key member of our Financial Services team providing the following services:


  • Managing the planning, execution and completion of a portfolio of financial services and corporate audits
  • Management of client expectations
  • Supervision of up to 3 trainees
  • Contribution to trainee learning and development programs
  • Participation in business development events

What are we looking for?

  • Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
  • Audit experience within practice
  • Ability to multitask, delegate and manage with assertiveness
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and planning capabilities

Key attributes:

  • Analytical – exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; high level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS products.
  • Communication – strong verbal & written communication skills; experience of report writing desirable.
  • Initiative – ability to take the initiative, work with limited supervision (although, we will be there to support you).
  • Dynamism – desire to work in a fast paced environment with a highly energetic and motivated team
  • Flexibility – willingness to adapt to varying and changing client demands
  • Attitude – motivated, hardworking and evidence of having excelled at something in your personal life to date

As well as significant on the job learning that comes from a close working relationship with senior management, education and personal development is key to our firm. We are committed to providing comprehensive business and technical training. This includes monthly in-house learning afternoons, twice yearly 2-day internal technical training and offsite hotel based training and planning days in July and November.  You will be encouraged to pursue learning and development in areas relating to general management.
