What you will be doing

You can expect to be working closely with all departments as a key member our Quality & Training department:

Quality and Training execution:

  • Work in collaboration with management team of each area and assess training requirements
  • Provide support to plan subsequent design and execution of blended learning programs, such as, departmental inductions to new joiners; soft and technical skills training
  • Facilitation and support of technical training to members of the Firm of accounting, audit, tax, compliance, risk and regulatory fields and other professional services regulations
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of departmental technical breakouts onsite, such as learning afternoons and other internal training sessions and offsite (e.g. the EisnerAmper Academy)
  • Responsible for the administration of the Firm’s overall training plan including managing the execution of the training plan, co-ordinating the assigned resources and monitoring and reporting on the evaluation of the training delivered
  • Engaging in continuous personal development of technical subject matter areas as part of your role in developing and designing training (i.e. reading technical materials and attending conferences / training and other events)

Continuous improvement:

  • Work in collaboration with management team, Quality and Training Leads and support the Project Management area on an ongoing basis reviewing and assessing our QMS procedures to ensure quality is achieved in the delivery of services and to support the execution of subsequent re-engineering projects (if required);

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
  • Project management skills with a proven ability to complete tasks working with others
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • A 3rd level qualification
  • A good understanding of contemporary adult learning principles, trends and best practices in terms of training design, delivery and evaluation would be an advantage

This includes monthly in-house learning afternoons, twice yearly 2 day internal technical training and offsite hotel based training and planning days in July and November.


Our remuneration packages are designed to attract and retain the best people as part of our team.

We offer salary levels which are commensurate to each candidate’s level of experience, competencies and role in the Firm – Salary: €25k – €35k
