Lisa Halpin

Lisa is responsible for the day-to-day operations in Human Resources.  Lisa’s Talent Management responsibilities include managing the internal appraisal system (known as the “IPDF”), on-boarding new joiners, working with management and partners on day to day operational Talent Management items and leading the implementation of Talent Management projects.

Lisa is responsible for the execution of the Recruitment function in the firm, including CV screening and interviews.  This role also involves working with the management team to coordinate and prepare for graduate and career events around the country, which she also attends.

Education, previous work experience

Lisa holds an honours degree in Corporate Law (International).   As part of her degree, Lisa participated in the Erasmus programme in Toulouse, where she completed a diploma in European Law through French.  During her time in university, Lisa volunteered with FLAC and was a member of the French society and basketball club.

After her undergraduate degree, Lisa spent a year in Abu Dhabi, where she was employed as a primary school teacher in a private international school.  Lisa recently completed her MSc in Human Resource Management at N.U.I., Galway and is now a C.I.P.D. member.


In her spare time, Lisa enjoys playing piano and has completed all the classical grades.  Lisa also has a keen interest in travelling and socialising with friends.
