Our client, a rapidly growing distributor of Health & Fitness equipment, was experiencing challenges recruiting for an Accounts Payable position – an integral position within the firm’s Finance Function.

SERVICES

EisnerAmper seconded a part-qualified Accountant to assist our client 3 – 4 days per week, depending on our client’s needs. This helped to ensure the Accounts Payable function operated effectively while the Accounts Payable position was being filled. Activities undertaken by the Secondee, supported by a Senior Manager in EisnerAmper, included:

  • acting as the “centre of the wheel” in Accounts Payable while working with the wider finance team;
  • documenting the tasks and processes which helped with the ultimate handover to the new hire; and
