Advising the Central Bank of Ireland, as part of our membership of multiple advisory panels, on the development and execution of plans relating to the restructure of the credit union sector; from investigations, training, strategy and policy development to due diligence and M&A execution and support.

Office of Government Procurement

Providing audit, accounting, financial and economic services to government departments and public service bodies in the health, education, local government and defence sectors as part of our membership of 5 separate advisory panels with the Office of Government Procurement.

Department of Finance

Appointed to a panel, in conjunction with EisnerAmper US, to advise the Department of Finance on financial matters such as the restructuring and disposal of the State’s banking sector investments.

NAMA

Appointed to 2 separate panels to advise the National Asset Management Agency on the acquisition, management and disposal of property and/or debt with a value >€5bn; from multiple large scale highly complex business plan reviews to financial monitoring engagements.
