The Firm’s Academy is an annual all-staff off-site training programme specifically designed for professionals to accelerate their “on the job” learning and to ultimately become excellent advisers and practitioners. The Academy includes workshops, technical training, team building, and knowledge exercises reaffirming our commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence in everything we do. 

Touchpoint Initiative
Touchpoint Initiative

A member of our HR Team periodically has a “touchpoint” meeting with every member of our team and asks, “how are you?”.  The purpose of these meetings is to check in on the wellbeing of our colleagues while also providing an opportunity for our colleagues to suggest how we can make EisnerAmper an even better place. 

Great Work Fridays
Great Work Fridays

One monthly “Great Work Friday” workshops allow us to showcase the great work we do for our clients and our colleagues and provides us with an opportunity to “Connect, Communicate & Collaborate” on an ongoing basis.  As part of this, new joiners get the opportunity to tell us about their life/career journey so far and why they chose EisnerAmper in addition to showcasing “great work” they have done in the past!

We were delighted to win the Sandyford Business District – Business Impact Awards 2021, where we were nominated for, and won, the Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Award. This award recognises the policies and programmes which have been implemented by EisnerAmper to support our colleagues as part of our Health & Wellbeing strategy.

Wellbeing Initiatives

We frequently organise get-togethers, staff quizzes and charity fundraisers, coffee mornings, sponsored walks and runs, Christmas Jumper Day and our annual Summer and Christmas parties that include our annual employee awards. Our Wellbeing Intranet Site is a resource for all staff which includes wellbeing articles, meditation sessions and employee engagement surveys in addition to our calendar of wellbeing events. 

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Our team members participate in various charity initiatives including fun fitness challenges that bring our Firm together to improve our health and wellbeing, while raising funds for a worthy cause. Our past CSR initiatives include working with, and supporting, LauraLynn Children’s Hospice; Junior Achievement Ireland; Run in the Dark; Spinal Injuries Ireland; Irish Hospice Foundation; Jack and Gill; and Spinal Injuries Ireland. 

Being Productive – Working Smarter

At EisnerAmper Ireland, we strive to work smarter not harder. We pride ourselves on our smart work practices including our hybrid working model.

Hybrid Working Model

Our focus is on sustaining successful firm collegiately in terms of working together in the office and remotely. We use our workplace to collaborate with colleagues, enhance our relationships, expand our professional networks, and meet our clients’ demands. Our employees currently have the flexibility to work threedays a week in our office and twodays remotely. Our office has always been accessible as a resource for our colleagues, clients and for wellbeing purposes five days a week.

Smart Working

We endeavour to accommodate each individual’s own unique work/life circumstances. In doing so, our smart working arrangements include part-time working; starting / finishing the working day outside of “traditional” working hours; the opportunity to live and work outside of Dublin; and working from home more than two days per week.

As part of our Smart Place to Work initiatives, we are delighted to facilitate Flexible Friday Finishes in which staff can finish at 4pm every Friday!
