What you will be doing:

You can expect to be a key member of the core team that manages and runs the Firm:


  • “Right hand” / “Chief of Staff” to the Managing Partner and Executive Committee
  • Planning for, attendance at, and actioning of meetings of the Board of Directors / Partner meetings
  • Management of the reporting of the Firm to the Office of the Managing Partner and Executive Committee
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

What are we looking for?

  • Ability to work with senior management and represent the Office of the Managing Partner at all meetings
  • Ability to multitask, delegate and manage with assertiveness
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
  • Project management skills with a proven ability to complete tasks working with others
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc
  • Between 3 and 15 years experience in management, multinational retail, or other disciplined backgrounds

This includes monthly in-house learning afternoons, twice yearly 2-day day internal technical training and offsite hotel based training and planning days in July and November.  You will be encouraged to pursue learning and development in areas relating to general management
