    How EisnerAmper Can Help

    We design and deliver bespoke Leadership Coaching Programmes for both emerging and experienced leaders in addition to regularly delivering coaching skills sessions to all levels of staff.  As Head of Coaching, Brian Hillery leads the provision of the Firm’s Coaching Solutions. Having set up and operationalised a coaching function within EisnerAmper, Brian has first-hand experience of the benefits that can be derived from creating and embedding a coaching culture across an organisation.

    Brian coaching’s style is empathetic, intuitive and action orientated. He is passionate about inspiring his clients, raising their self-awareness, building their confidence and encouraging them to achieve their goals.  In doing so, Brian draws upon his deep experience of 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching; his experience as a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Advisory Department where he leads the provision of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory Services; his experience of leading EisnerAmper’s Strategy & Planning and Marketing & Communications functions; and his previous experience of working as a Senior Consultant in the M&A Strategy team for a Big 4 Firm in London.
