1-2-1 Leadership Coaching
  • Through our 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching Programmes, we partner with you to create a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to raise self-awareness, generate insights, and empower change.
  • A typical Leadership Coaching Programme includes up to eight 1-2-1 coaching sessions in addition to a series of 360° discussions with colleagues which can provide valuable insights into leadership style while also helping to clarify goals.
Team Coaching
  • We design and deliver Team Coaching Programmes which provide clarity around your team’s purpose and identity. 
  • These programmes increase collaboration and knowledge sharing in a collegiate and constructive manner while also improving trust and interpersonal dynamics.
Coaching Skills
  • Our Coaching Skills training sessions equip participants with key coaching skills, tools and techniques which can be applied in daily management activities. 
  • These sessions, where participants role play being a coach, a coachee, and an observer in a safe environment, help to embed a coaching culture across the organisation.
Coaching Culture
  • We have first-hand experience of the benefits of developing and embedding a coaching culture across our Firm and we support clients seeking to do similar.  
  • Through a combination of 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching and Coaching Skills sessions, “coaching” as a style of managing and communicating can become embedded across the organisation.

As Partner and Head of Coaching, Brian leads a team which designs and delivers bespoke, world-class Leadership & Performance Coaching Programmes to experienced and emerging leaders and their teams.  Brian’s coaching style is empathetic, intuitive and action oriented and he is passionate about inspiring his clients, raising their self-awareness, building their confidence and encouraging them to achieve their goals.

As a Leadership & Performance Coach, Brian draws upon his business and leadership experience as a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Advisory Department; as Head of the Firm’s Marketing & Communications Department; as a member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team responsible for Strategy & Planning; and his previous experience working as a Senior Consultant in the M&A Strategy team for a Big 4 Firm in London.
