Operations Executive

EisnerAmper Ireland is recruiting an Operations Executive on a full-time basis to join the Service Excellence Team on a fixed term one-year contract.

As an Operations Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of office facilities across multiple locations.

What you will be doing:

This job description outlines the key responsibilities and requirements for the Operations Executive role, emphasising the importance of ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of office facilities across multiple locations. 

Your role will focus on the following: 

Office Management  

• Coordinate and oversee project management within the office 

• Manage and maintain office access systems 

• Ensure office facilities are well-equipped and maintained 

• Manage processes for staff onboarding and offboarding 

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations 

• Participate in ISO 14001 environmental controls and ISO 27001 physical controls audits 

• Lead environmental sustainability initiatives 

• Manage relationships with suppliers 

• Manage office parking facilities 

• Coordinate visitor management 

• Working with the SET department on ad hoc projects and other duties as they arise  

Required Experience

• 1+ years relevant experience 

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required 

• Superb organisational and execution skills 

• Structured approach to undertaking work and reporting 

• Excellent computer skills within Microsoft Office, especially Outlook 

• Ability to handle a busy workload and prioritise work with a high level of attention to detail 

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

• Highly proactive, able to work autonomously, make decisions and use your own initiative 

• An outstanding flexible work ethic and a commitment to being the best
