Emanuela is a member of the Firm’s Service Excellence Team. On a daily basis, she manages the Partners’ schedules, assisting in their routine administrative tasks to ensure that the office runs smoothly. As well as providing administrative support to the Firm’s Partners and members of staff, Emanuela oversees reception when required, welcoming clients to the premises and handling client queries
Emanuela coordinates off-site and on-site meetings and corporate events, making logistical arrangements, booking conference call facilities, and printing and distributing information to attendees. Emanuela manages and issues the internal weekly newsletter and is also responsible for managing the firm’s CRM system and ensuring that all information is up to date. Emanuela assists the Talent Management Executive with HR administration and welcoming new joiners to the firm.
In the event any IT issues arise, Emanuela is always at hand to help or to coordinate assistance from the Firm’s external IT support.
Together with other members of the Service Excellence Team, Emanuela is also involved in the on-going management and maintenance of the Firm’s National Standard Authority of Ireland (“NSAI”) accredited Quality Management System (“QMS”), in line with ISO 9001:2008.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper Ireland, Emanuela worked as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager in an Italian bank in Dublin.
Emanuela also worked for 2 years as an office administrator for a Spanish online advertising company based in Dublin.
Emanuela holds an honours degree and a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (1st Class Honours).
Emanuela attended Trinity College Dublin on a 1 year student exchange programme. She is a fluent Italian, English and French speaker.
In her spare time, Emanuela likes running and hill walking. Emanuela has an interest in literature, especially Irish contemporary literature.
