Jen is HR Manager in the Firm’s Service Excellence Team. Jen assists in the running of the HR Department and provides support and guidance to the wider Firm in three key areas – Recruitment, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Jen was awarded a 2.1 Honours Degree in Human Resource Strategy & Practice from the National College of Ireland in 2017 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (“CIPD”). Jen has several years of retail management experience in both Galway and Dublin.
Jen’s previous experience includes working as a Client Care Coordinator for a large home care facility where she coordinated home care and HR functions for 115 clients and 200 staff members.
Jen, originally from Athenry in Co. Galway moved to Dublin eight years ago in search of new adventures and is now settled in Dublin. Jen loves nothing more than socialising with her friends and family, live music and exploring new places.
