Our dedicated Risk & Regulatory team, led by Tom Brennan, Partner, advises financial services providers on risk, regulatory and compliance-related matters.
We provide authorisation application support to companies and investors, outsourcing solutions to operationalise compliance and risk function requirements, Pre-Approval Controlled Function support services, support clients throughout the regulatory engagement lifecycle and specialise in the design and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks.
As a key member of the Risk & Regulatory team you will support the Firm’s Partners in winning business, leading and managing engagements, in addition to developing and mentoring the Risk & Regulatory team.
You can expect to be a key member of our Risk & Regulatory team providing the following services:
Technical – a detailed knowledge of, and keen interest in, the Irish risk and regulatory landscape;
Initiative – ability to take the initiative, work with limited supervision (although, we will be there to support you);
Dynamism – desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly energetic and motivated team;
Flexibility – willingness to adapt to varying and changing client demands; and
Attitude – motivated, hardworking and evidence of having excelled at something in your personal life to date.
Education and personal development is key to our firm. We are committed to providing comprehensive business and technical training. This includes monthly in-house learning afternoons, twice yearly 2 day internal technical training and training and planning days in July and November.
