Senior Solutions Builder

At EisnerAmper Ireland, we love doing great work. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Advisory Solutions Team as a Senior Solutions Builder.

We are recruiting for an individual with an interest in building software products, managing and understanding the product lifecycle and applying user needs to the products they build. Please note, knowledge of programming languages is not a requirement for this role.

Our Advisory Solutions Team:

We work with our technology partners, FinReg Global (“FinReg”), to leverage our accounting and regulatory expertise to develop innovative and secure software solutions which facilitate demonstrable compliance with regulatory requirements. Our Advisory Solutions services include:

• providing subject matter expertise to develop tailored software solutions to manage accounting and/or regulatory requirements;
• ideating and developing software solutions to meet and manage specific accounting and/or regulatory requirements; and
• providing consultancy services to support the integration of those software solutions into clients’ operating models.

The Role:

The Senior Solutions Builder role is project-focused and leading a build team of Solution architects, engineers, clients and subject matter experts to define, design and develop governance, risk and compliance technology Solutions for our clients using FinReg’s proprietary technology platform and Excelerator, FinReg’s unique no-code excel-based Solutions building tool. Training on FinReg’s platform, processes and Excelerator will be provided.

As a Senior Solution Builder your responsibilities may include:

• Working with clients and/or subject matter experts to elicit, specify, model, verify and validate requirements for a proposed Solution;
• Preparing workflows and Solution build development plans in accordance with requirements;
• Inputting into development of a business case to secure buy-in for each Solution;
• Building a prototype, module or entire Solution using Excelerator;
• Managing the delivery of Solution builds including communication with clients and other stakeholders on the timely development of Solution builds;
• Overseeing a team of junior staff involved in the Solution build process;
• Working with senior management on the development of the Solutions team including input on process improvements and learning and development;
• Demonstrating the finished Solution to clients or other stakeholders; and
• Supporting the integration of the Solution into the client’s operating model via workshops, training, and ongoing support.

Who Are We Looking For:

• Achieved excellence in their academic discipline, minimum of current 2.1 in a technology, analytical or creative discipline with an outstanding work ethic and a 100% commitment to being the best;
• Previous experience in a client facing role in a business, technology or consulting firm;
• An interest in technology and ability to understand the needs of the end user using a design thinking approach;
• A commitment and ability to work within deadlines and under pressure during busy times;
• Ability to work in a team or independently and manage multiple client relationships;
• A proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attributes such as having
  • Initiative – ability to take the initiative, work with limited supervision (although, we will be there to support you);
  • Analytical – ability to understand complex and complicated issues, apply problem solving skills to find sustainable solutions;
  • Ideation – an interest in using design thinking to understand client needs;

  • Attitude – motivated, hardworking with an interest in developing new skills.

Remuneration:

Our remuneration packages are designed to attract and retain the best people as part of our team. We offer salary levels which are commensurate to each candidate’s level of experience, competencies and role in the Firm. We expect to pay circa €55,000 for the right candidate.

Location:

All roles are capable of operating remotely in the current environment. We have adopted a hybrid working model to provide a combination of office and remote working facilities for our team. Our aim throughout the coming months in our hybrid working model is to have a happy, healthy and productive Firm.

We are delighted to have the infrastructure in place to facilitate both remote working and working in the office and also to facilitate departmental meet ups, to learn from, work together and connect with our colleagues on an ongoing basis.
