The Role:

At EisnerAmper Ireland, we love doing great work. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the EA Solve team as a Solutions Builder.

EA Solve is the innovation and technology department of EisnerAmper Ireland. EA Solve focuses on designing, developing and delivering GRC software assets with our technology partner FinReg Global(“FinReg”) on their proprietary platform.

We are recruiting for an individual with an interest in building software products, managing and understanding the product lifecycle and applying user needs to the products they build. Please note, knowledge of programming languages is not a requirement for this role.

What you will be doing:

The Solutions Builder role is project-focused and involves working with solution architects, engineers, clients and subject matter experts to design, develop and deliver governance, risk and compliance technology solutions for our clients using FinReg’s proprietary technology platform and Excelerator, FinReg’s unique low-code excel-based Solutions building tool. Training on FinReg’s platform, processes and Excelerator will be provided.

As a Solutions Builder your responsibilities may include:

  • Working with clients and/or subject matter experts to elicit, specify, model, verify and validate requirements for a proposed Solution;
  • Inputting into development of a business case to secure buy-in for each Solution;
  • Building a prototype, module or entire Solution using Excelerator;
  • Testing Solutions, identifying and fixing issues and documenting suggested improvements to workflow, interface or user experience;
  • Documenting and/or proofing user manuals for specific Solutions;
  • Supporting the integration of the Solution into the client’s operating model via workshops, training, and ongoing support; and
  • Logging customer feedback, queries, and comments; and
  • Contributing insights and ideas on the solution build process.

  • Achieved excellence in their academic discipline, minimum of current 2.1 in a technology, analytical creative or business discipline with an outstanding work ethic and a 100% commitment to being the best;
  • An interest in technology and ability to understand the needs of the end user using a design thinking approach;
  • An interest in product management and/or user experience design, and demonstrate an ability to translate user needs and feedback into product requirements and design specifications.
  • A commitment and ability to work within deadlines and under pressure during busy times;
  • Ability to work in a team or independently and manage multiple client relationships;
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

We have adopted a hybrid working model to provide a combination of office and remote working facilities for our team. We are delighted to have the infrastructure in place to facilitate both remote working and working in the office and also to facilitate departmental meet ups, to learn from, work together and connect with our colleagues on an ongoing basis.

We work with our technology partner, FinReg to leverage our accounting and regulatory expertise to develop innovative and secure GRC software assets which facilitate demonstrable compliance with regulatory requirements. Our Advisory Solutions services include:
