We are seeking a high calibre, experienced and passionate Company Secretarial professional to join our Accounting & Compliance Department. EisnerAmper currently has 16 partners and employs 120professionals. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work for 16-20 hours per week.

What you will be doing:

You can expect to be a key member of our Accounting & Compliance team working in the following areas:

• Preparation and filing of Annual Returns and taking responsibility for ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory filing obligations
• Preparation and filing of ad hoc statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office (e.g. change of officer, change of address etc.)
• Filing documents with the Beneficial Ownership Registry
• Preparing board minutes, AGM packs and EGM packs
• Updating and maintaining the company secretarial database
• Maintaining company Minute Books and Statutory Registers
• Dealing with queries and requests, on a day-to-day basis, from clients, auditors, solicitors and internal staff
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation
• Responsibility for billing clients and debtors’ collection
• Filing, archiving and general administrative duties.

Who are we looking for?

• ICSA qualified with a minimum of 3-4 years’ post qualification experience
• Third level degree (Level 8) required. A degree in the areas of Law or Business would be beneficial
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with company secretarial software
• Capability to work on own initiative with excellent time management skills and ability to manage a busy workload
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

All roles are currently capable of operating remotely in the current environment. We are adopting a hybrid working model to provide a combination of office and remote working facilities for our team. Our aim throughout the coming months in our hybrid working model is to have a happy, healthy and productive Firm.

We are delighted to have the infrastructure in place to facilitate both remote working and working in the office and also to facilitate departmental meet ups, to learn from, work together and connect with our colleagues on an ongoing basis.
