Context
As part of the Central Bank of Ireland’s increased focus on the strategic capabilities of Credit Unions (CU) and their management, the role of CU Head of Finance is now subject to more intensive regulatory supervision.
Consequently, the CU Head of Finance is expected to have a high level of knowledge and skills to perform their tasks and demonstrate their development. This course has been specially designed to develop and consolidate the competencies of a Credit Union Head of Finance.

Dates and times
We are commencing on March 1 and running on the following dates from 9:30 to 12:30. April 5 is a study and case study week so there is no classroom session on. This is part of the plan but it also coincides with the post-Easter Monday midterm break:
Time commitment
In order to benefit from the classroom sessions we expect circa 1 hour of post-module assessment and learning reinforcement for the first 5 modules and circa 6 hours of a case study between modules 5 and 6.
