What you will be doing:

As Head of Marketing, you will lead the Marketing Department and report to the Chief Executive Officer.  You will work closely with our Partners and Management team to increase brand awareness and business generation in our target markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and execute strategic marketing plans that are aligned to the Firms strategic objectives and support the Firm’s vision of being globally  recognised as Ireland’s leading professional services firm in with a niche focus on three markets, Financial Services, International Trade and Government.
  • Working collaboratively with Partners or other members of the Firm, you will have primary responsibility for developing marketing campaigns to drive commercial targets for business units, support engagement with clients and enhance the brand.
  • Provide expertise on go to market strategies and driving reputation in the external market through the delivery of brand and communications activations focused on our niche markets and employer brand.
  • Challenge and influence Partners to develop marketing propositions, best in class thought leadership and increase the effectiveness of our marketing activity.
  • Manage the Firm’s brand identity and development, developing and executing content across PR, events and sponsorships, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
  •  Measure, monitor & share relevant marketing performance data with key stakeholders and use learnings to drive continuous improvement and take data led decisions that deliver effectively against targets.
  • Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including the leadership team, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  •  Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing (or related discipline).
  • At least 5+ years marketing leadership experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Innovative and creative thinker who will challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
  • A natural communicator with the ability to forge strong relationships and influence and/or challenge stakeholders to win support to deliver the most effective work possible.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of successfully building a team with the capacity and capability to deliver.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintaining quality of deliverables in a fast moving and changing environment while having the maturity and foresight to adapt to varying demands.
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns with demonstrable and measurable results.
  •  Drive high standards of deliverables and execution with a relentless focus on delivering results.
  • Experience in utilising measurable outcomes to make data led decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high quality work.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly energetic and motivated team..

Location:

All roles are currently capable of operating remotely in the current environment. We are adopting a hybrid working model to provide a combination of office and remote working facilities for our team. Our aim throughout the coming months in our hybrid working model is to have a happy, healthy and productive Firm.

We are delighted to have the infrastructure in place to facilitate both remote working and working in the office and also to facilitate departmental meet ups, to learn from, work together and connect with our colleagues on an ongoing basis.
