We are recruiting a forward thinking, high calibre marketing professional to join our growing team to help drive the strategic, profitable and sustainable growth of our Firm.
As Human Resource Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for the roll out of the Firm’s Recruitment Strategy and executing the end-to end HR administration side of the recruitment life cycle.
This includes:
• Supporting in developing job descriptions and advertising of vacancies in all our channels (e.g. Firm’s website, Irish Jobs, LinkedIn, professional bodies, colleges, updating the social media channels, etc.)
• Generating job offer correspondence, requesting relevant documentation and drafting and issuing contracts of employment to new starters; conducting reference checking and any other recruitment correspondence
• Responsible for the planning and executing of the intern and graduate career fairs around the country, and
• Liaising with career development services in colleges and other educational and professional bodies
• Supporting onboarding programme (e.g. liaising with Facilities area to ensure all new joiner are set up on systems and also communicate Firm’s policy and procedures)
• Organising the performance appraisal process. (i.e. ensuring that the HR Team have received all documentation and record accordingly)
• Liaising with relevant professional bodies regarding trainee enrolment, training contract and exam registration
• Being one of the points of contact for staff members and management on day-to-day HR queries
• Assisting in the development and improvement of existing HR policies, procedures and strategic activities
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required to implement the HR Strategy of the Firm and all other ad hoc Human Resource matters
• Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the performance of the HR QMS; and maintaining and improving HR policies and procedures
• Responsible for the management of the Firm’s overall training plan including managing the execution of the training plan and co-ordinating the assigned resources
• Responsible for the management and coordination of internal and offsite training sessions (e.g. the EisnerAmper Academy)
• Covering EisnerAmper Ireland’s National Standards Authority of Ireland certified ISO 9001:2015 policies and procedures
• Ensuring continuous improvement of learning capabilities, methodologies, processes and tools to ensure highest operational quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• 3+ years post qualification HR experience, ideally in a professional services environment
• A relevant third level degree or diploma in a HR related course
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Excellent attention to details and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong delegation skills and a proven record in building and leading a team to deliver quality work
• Creative and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
• Highly proactive, ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and use initiative
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintaining quality of deliverables in a fast moving and changing
environment while having the maturity and foresight to adapt to varying demands.

All roles are currently capable of operating remotely in the current environment. We are adopting a hybrid working model to provide a combination of office and remote working facilities for our team.
