Ailbhe is the Firm’s Transformation and Innovation Specialist, playing a key role in EA Solve. Working in close collaboration with the Firm’s Partners and Management team, Ailbhe leads the design and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery across Audit, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, and related service lines. Her work focuses on driving quality, efficiency, and innovation by integrating technology, embedding quality standards, motivating high-performing teams, and establishing a sustainable framework for ongoing methodology development and deployment.
She works alongside a dedicated team of solution builders to develop and deliver cutting-edge Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for clients across the accounting, banking, insurance, and technology sectors. Ailbhe is committed to embedding innovation at every stage of the delivery process through the adoption of enabling technologies, the development of robust quality frameworks, and the cultivation of a culture of continuous improvement.
Ailbhe holds a Postgraduate qualification in Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace, a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, and a Diploma in Bookkeeping and Payroll from IBAT College Dublin. She is also CIPD qualified through the National College of Ireland.
Before joining EisnerAmper Ireland, Ailbhe worked in the hospitality industry, where she held senior roles across Human Resources and Operations. During this time, she gained significant experience in people management, operational efficiency, and service delivery in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Outside of work, Ailbhe enjoys running, travelling, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines. She has a strong interest in wellness and mixed martial arts and values quality time with family and friends.
