Audrey is a Director in the Firm’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Risk & Regulatory practice. Audrey leads our Regulatory Reporting service offering which includes regulatory reporting services and interim finance management support.
As a seasoned finance professional, Audrey supports our clients as Interim Head of Finance which is designed to ensure continuity, confidence and compliance during critical transitions while managing the finance team, reporting to the CEO and the Board on all matters relating to the finance function.
Audrey is a Finance and Compliance professional with over 40 years’ experience in banking, finance and lending and has held numerous senior leadership roles in Internal Audit, Financial Control and Commercial Lending. Audrey is our Finance expert and brings a wealth of experience and insight into organisations seeking expert guidance and operational excellence within their finance function. With a proven track record in leading roles across diverse financial environments, including Credit Unions and MiFID investment firms, we offer tailored services that ensure continuity, compliance and performance during periods of transition or transformation.
Audrey holds a First–Class Honours Bachelor of Business Degree from IADT. She also holds a Certificate in Funding and Treasury from Dublin Business School and a Certificate in UK and Irish GAAP from Chartered Accountants Ireland. In 2021 Audrey qualified as a Licentiate of the Compliance Institute (LCI).
