Jenn is the Firm’s Learning and Development Manager. Working closely with the Partners, Management and wider teams, Jenn leads the design and implementation of firm-wide L&D strategies that align with business goals and regulatory demands.
Jenn focuses on supporting skills development across all levels, ensuring colleagues are equipped to meet the evolving needs of the profession.
A key part of Jenn’s role involves guiding the growth of trainees through structured development programs, mentorship, and career progression pathways. Jenn is passionate about creating a learning culture that drives performance and long-term professional success.
Jenn completed a Social Science (HR) degree in UCD, as well as postgraduate diplomas in HR Management (National College of Ireland) and Learning and Development (ICS Learn).
Prior to joining EisnerAmper Ireland, Jenn worked in HR across various industries, including higher education, financial services, tech and FMCG. Her previous work experience had a strong focus on learning, development, employee engagement and wellbeing.
Jenn enjoys going to the gym, cooking new dishes, socialising with friends, exploring new countries and watching rugby.
