Jon Macaldo

Jon is an Assistant Manager in the Firm’s Audit department. Jon provides audit and accounting services to the Firm’s International and Irish clients. 

Education & Work Experience

Jon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the Far Eastern University – Manila where he graduated with Latin Honors. 

Prior to joining EisnerAmper Ireland, Jon gained experience working for accounting firms across Philippines, New Zealand, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland where he gained valuable experience in the audit of multinational companies predominantly in the financial services space. He also had an exposure in conducting internal audits of manufacturing, authorised depositary institutions and the regulatory body of Gibraltar where he learned valuable insights surrounding governance and authorisations. 

Personal interests

Jon is passionate about travelling and photography. He advocates for mental health and causes relating to LGBTQIA+ community.
