Siobhan is a Partner in the Firm’s Audit Group. Siobhan provides Audit services to Irish corporates and international companies doing business in and through Ireland.
Siobhan has extensive experience leading engagements for a range of clients reporting under Irish GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP for innovative Irish and global companies across the pharmaceuticals, technology and hospitality sectors.
Siobhan is recognised for her positive and collaborative leadership style, as well as her strong commitment to developing talent within her teams.
Throughout her career, she has taken an active role in mentoring staff at all levels, providing guidance that supports both technical growth and professional confidence. She has a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues, with a particular focus on PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) standards, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to meet the highest regulatory expectations.
In addition, Siobhan consistently champions initiatives that enhance audit quality, driving continuous improvement through thoughtful coaching, process refinement, and the promotion of best practices in client engagements.
Siobhan is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has a Degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Siobhan completed her Chartered Accountancy training contract with a mid‑sized firm before progressing to a Big Four practice in Dublin where she spent 20 years. During her time there, she was a member of the Foreign Direct Investment Group, where she specialised in multinational group audits and oversaw the coordination of large cross‑border audits across Europe and the United States. Her portfolio primarily encompassed clients in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and technology sectors.
Siobhan also possesses significant experience in PCAOB engagements and spent several years co‑managing the firm’s PCAOB Centre of Excellence alongside two senior managers.
Siobhan, married with one son, enjoys coaching basketball in her local club.
