Stephen is a Partner in the Firm, leading the delivery of EisnerAmper Ireland’s specialist advisory offering to founders and management teams of scaling and high growth businesses. Stephen works closely with entrepreneurs, CEOs, boards, and investors, providing strategic financial leadership, operational insight, and hands-on support across all stages of growth.
Collaborating with EisnerAmper’s tax, audit, risk & regulatory and consulting teams, Stephen ensures clients benefit from a fully integrated, cross-functional service.
Stephen has significant experience in strategic finance, advisory, fundraising, finance function transformation, and outsourced finance supporting clients across a broad range of sectors. His work spans financial strategy, forecasting, KPI reporting, systems implementation, governance, and investor readiness.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Stephen was Group Head of Finance at Moby, a scaling international micromobility company, where he led finance across four markets and played a key role in acquisitions, fundraising, and building a scalable finance function. He was previously Finance Director at Annesley Williams, Ireland’s largest Škoda dealership, where he acted as a key member of the senior leadership team.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (Honours) in Law and Business from Maynooth University. He has also completed the IPO Readiness Programme with Euronext, equipping him with practical insights into listing preparation, investor engagement, and corporate governance.
Stephen has over 15 years’ experience working with scaling companies in both industry and practice environments and is known for his commercially focused, hands-on approach.
