Swedha is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She is the Assistant Manager at EisnerAmper Ireland’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) department.
Swedha provides internal audit, compliance, and GRC advisory services to Boards and Management of domestic and international clients. Her work includes supporting regulated clients with third line of defence solutions such as developing detailed internal audit work programs, executing audit plans, drafting and presenting reports at board meetings, and conducting follow-up reviews.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. Prior to joining EisnerAmper Ireland, Swedha gained extensive experience in the financial services and professional advisory sectors. She specializes in risk-based auditing, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, and has successfully led complex audit engagements that strengthen governance frameworks and enhance operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Swedha enjoys cooking, going to the gym, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
