Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ecuador and is a fully qualified IPASS professional in Ireland.
She brings several years of experience working in Ecuador and Italy. In Ireland, Tania has worked as a payroll professional on both sides of the process, within payroll service providers and in companies outsourcing their payroll. This dual perspective has given her a comprehensive understanding of payroll operations and the requirements from both client and provider viewpoints.
Tania loves visiting the parks in Ireland, she enjoys the landscapes of every place she visited. Tania also loves listening to classical music, swimming, walking, and all types of relaxing activities. Tania is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
