Kilian Doyle

Kilian is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and is a Director in the Firm’s Advisory team where he provides advisory services to clients including government bodies, leading corporates, private equity firms and financial services entities. Kilian has worked with clients in executing projects and change management programmes, advising on complex financial transactions and assisting with establishing new entities and investment vehicles.

Kilian’s experience includes working with;

  • An Asian Private Equity Firm establishing an Irish Collective Asset Management Vehicle to purchase industrial and commercial properties in Ireland;
  • A large institutional aircraft leasing company, to assist with the implementation of an Operational KPI project, as part of the Process Improvement Team;
  • Assisting companies with the creation and documentation of complex financial models; and
  • The Central Bank and credit unions in the completion of asset reviews and due diligence in relation to proposed mergers.

Kilian leads the delivery of Training & Consulting service to clients including lawyers, financial services entities, government bodies and industry and professional bodies, committees and is also a lecturer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Kilian is also a member of the Irish Funds Association Property Working Group.

Education, previous work experience

Prior to joining the Firm, Kilian gained significant retail experience working within the Musgrave Retail Group.  His responsibilities included the day to day management of numerous retail outlets and the set-up and implementation of the internal controls, procedures and processes for retail outlets.

Kilian was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Business Management specialising in Accounting from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2007.

Personal

In his spare time, Kilian enjoys playing football, cycling and reading. Kilian has also volunteered with the Junior Achievement Program. The program included the preparation and delivery of a 45 minute workshop once a week for a period of five weeks.
