At EisnerAmper Ireland, we have a world-class focus on personal growth and development. Through the EisnerAmper Ireland Academy, we are committed to providing a comprehensive range of competency development and business and technical training throughout the year, including:

• Annual offsite two day “Academy”;
• Quarterly in-house Firm-wide briefings;
• Exam and study practice sessions (our Partners are lecturers with Chartered Accountants Ireland);
• Full day internal departmental technical training sessions; and
• Training and planning days in July and November.

The Firm’s annual all-staff training programme is specifically designed for professionals to accelerate their “on the job” learning and to ultimately become excellent advisers and practitioners. Participants acquire the necessary core awareness, knowledge, skills and confidence to successfully pursue a career in practice and develop great practitioner skills to enable us to do great work for our clients in a changing world.

The theme of the programme changes each year and includes workshops, technical training, team building, and knowledge exercises reaffirming our commitment to achieving and maintaining consistent excellence in quality standards.

Speakers during the training programme can include learning professionals and business leaders, industry experts, Partners from EisnerAmper US, and friends of the firm.
