As CEO of EisnerAmper Ireland, Attracta is responsible for leading the Firm in the execution of its strategic plans and managing the performance of the business, including the daily operations of the Firm.
Together with the Partners and Management team, Attracta is further professionalising how EisnerAmper operates – developing its people, serving its clients, and positioning the Firm for future growth.
Attracta is passionate about building a culture where members of the EisnerAmper Ireland team can continue to flourish, both individually and collectively.
Having spent more than 25 years in leadership positions in Irish and international financial services, Attracta has a proven track record of serving clients, leading teams, and scaling businesses. Attracta has many years’ experience in client management from SME’s to large scale corporates and multinationals. Attracta also has a track record of developing innovative strategic ideas, effecting efficient organisational management and in the delivery of financial and operational targets.
Attracta is an ACCA Affiliate, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Economics) from UCD, a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Maynooth University, and a Higher Diploma in Leading Culture Change and Ethical Behaviour from the Institute of Bankers. Attracta is also a Certified Bank Director and is currently undertaking the Chartered Directors Programme with the Institute of Directors Ireland.
