Brian Frawley

As Partner and Head of International Tax Services, Brian leads the provision of the Firm’s International Tax Services to financial services entities and internationally based corporate and private equity clients doing business in and through Ireland. Brian leads a specialist team of Tax Advisors working across all taxes including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, RCT, Payroll, CGT and CAT.

Brian has over 18 years of experience advising a diverse range of domestic and internationally owned businesses and their shareholders on Irish taxation matters. Brian has significant taxation experience including corporation tax, transfer pricing, due diligence, succession planning / asset protection, capital taxes, stamp duty, corporate reorganisations, VAT, PAYE matters and supporting clients with Revenue audits.

Education, previous work experience 

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies degree (1^st Hons) from University College Dublin (UCD) in addition to a Master of Accounting degree from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Brian is a tax qualified AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Accountant (ACA). Brian is a member of both the Irish Taxation Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper Ireland in 2019, Brian worked for a Big 4 Firm.
