Cian is a Partner in the Firm’s Audit and Governance, Risk & Compliance Groups. Cian provides Audit and Internal Audit services to Irish corporates and international companies doing business in and through Ireland.
Cian has extensive experience leading audit engagements for clients reporting under Irish GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP across the Financial Services sectors (Asset Management, Aircraft Leasing, Structured Finance and (Re)Insurance) and a range of non-Financial Services sectors (data solutions, cybersecurity, medical & healthcare). He also provides outsourced internal audit services to a range of regulated entities including those in the (re)insurance sector.
Cian is a member of the Irish Funds Internal Audit Discussion Forum. The objective of the Irish Funds is to support, complement and develop the funds industry in Ireland.
Cian is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Masters in Accounting from Dublin Institute of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from NUI Galway.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper Ireland, Cian was a member of the Financial Services Assurance Group of a Big 4 Firm in both Dublin and New York where his primary focus was undertaking audits of international hedge fund clients.
