Cian Collins
Cian is an Audit Partner and Head of Funds, specialising in the audit of investment funds, private capital structures and regulated financial services entities across Ireland, the UK and the Channel Islands.
He has extensive experience leading statutory audits for investment funds, regulated financial services entities, structured finance vehicles, and private equity-backed businesses reporting under IFRS, Irish GAAP and US GAAP. His expertise spans a broad range of fund structures and investment strategies, including UCITS, AIFs, QIAIFs, hedge funds, private asset structures, Section 110 entities, ICAVs and investment limited partnerships.
Cian works with Irish and international asset managers, investment platforms, private equity sponsors, and regulated entities operating across multiple jurisdictions. His experience includes audits of:

Prior to joining the firm, Cian was part of the Financial Services Assurance practice of a Big 4 firm in both Dublin and New York, where he specialised in the audit of international hedge fund clients.
Cian is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Master’s in Accounting from Technology University Dublin together with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from NUI Galway. He is also a former member of the Irish Funds Internal Audit Discussion Forum and now leads the firm’s membership of Irish Funds and related activities.
