Cindy Hayes

Cindy is a Trainee Chartered Accountant in the Firm’s Audit team. Cindy provides a range of audit and accounting services to the Firm’s international and Irish clients. 

Education & Work Experience

Cindy holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration Degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Business in Tuscaloosa, AL, US. and is currently working towards her ACA qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland. 

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Cindy gained valuable experience in various accounting roles. She worked with a consulting firm based in Alabama, where she developed a solid foundation in financial reporting, data analysis, and client relations. Additionally, Cindy worked with a non-profit organization in Dublin focused on sustainability, further honing her skills in budgeting and regulatory compliance. These roles refined her attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects, and proficiency with accounting software, all of which are essential in her current audit work. 

Cindy has also been actively involved in voluntary work, which has contributed both to her professional development and personal growth. She has volunteered with numerous community organizations throughout her life, where she supported initiatives that enhanced her teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. This experience allowed her to engage with diverse groups and apply her skills in practical settings, complementing her professional background. 

Personal interests

Cindy enjoys finding a balance between creativity and relaxation. Her love for photography often takes her outdoors, where she captures scenic views during casual hikes or peaceful moments by the beach. While she enjoys being in nature, it is the quiet moments of sitting and taking in the surroundings that she treasures most. 

When she is not outdoors, Cindy enjoys reading a variety of books, from personal development to fiction, and she finds relaxation through baking as well. Spending time with her 17-year-old dog, Jake, or with any animals is another favourite pastime of hers.
