Cleo Boland is an Intern within the HR team, where she supports the delivery of key HR initiatives across the firm. Cleo’s role focuses on three core areas: Recruitment, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, contributing to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the HR function.
Cleo holds a degree in Commercial Modern Music from Technological University Dublin. During her studies, she developed a strong foundation in music business, commercial songwriting, composition and arrangement, as well as ensemble performance.
Prior to joining the firm, Cleo gained valuable experience in event management and live performance, appearing at venues such as the National Concert Hall and at well-known festivals including Electric Picnic and Other Voices. Her diverse background brings a creative and collaborative perspective to her work in HR.
