As ESG Advisory Partner, Peter leads our ESG compliance and reporting services and advises clients on embedding ESG and sustainability within their strategy, operations and reporting. As Audit Partner, Peter provides audit services to leading Irish corporates and international companies doing business in and through Ireland.
With 30 years audit and advisory leadership experience, Peter served as partner with the Big 4 in Ireland and internationally. Peter’s experience includes leadership, risk and quality roles, in addition to senior partner on the audit of international banks, central banks, insurers, aviation lessors, asset management entities and other listed and regulated entities.
Peter joins EisnerAmper from a Big 4 firm in Central Europe (CE) where he led the Firm’s Financial Services Audit & Assurance practice. In this role, Peter delivered on a portfolio of international and local banking, leasing, insurance and related industry audits while also leading various Quality initiatives for the CE Region’s Financial Services practice. Peter’s previous Big 4 partner roles included audit services to significant portfolios of banking, aviation leasing, investment funds, securities trading and other financial services entities.
Peter’s Advisory experience includes implementing new accounting standards; investigating bank failures; designing risk-based capital models; and advising banks on Eurobond issuances. Peter previously served as Treasurer of a major listed mining house, Risk Manager of a niche bank, and Finance Director of a retail supermarket group.
