As a Partner in the Firm’s Advisory team, Brian leads the provision of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory Services to clients including high-growth start-ups, leading corporates, government departments and state agencies. Brian has particular experience of project managing large scale, complex transactions with multiple stakeholders under tight timeframes.
As Head of Coaching, Brian is passionate about designing and delivering Leadership Coaching programmes to experienced and emerging leaders and their teams. Brian leads a team which designs and delivers bespoke 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching Programmes; Team Coaching Programmes; and Coaching Skills Training Programmes to help optimise individual and team performance.
Brian has first-hand experience of the benefits of coaching having developed and embedded a coaching culture within EisnerAmper. This was achieved through a combination of 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching for emerging and experienced leaders; Team Coaching and the design and delivery of firm-wide Coaching Skills training sessions. The ripple effect of these programmes and training sessions means that “coaching” as a style of managing and communicating has become embedded across the Firm.
Brian joined EisnerAmper Ireland from a Big 4 firm in London, where he worked as a member of the Firm’s M&A Strategy team. Brian’s primary focus was on providing commercial due diligence services to UK Private Equity firms where deal size ranged from £25m to £1bn. Brian also advised corporates on a range of strategic and operational issues – clients included FTSE 100 companies operating across a range of geographic markets and business sectors.
Brian holds an honours degree in Economics (1st Hons) and Politics (2.1 Hons) from University College Dublin and a Master’s Degree in Business Studies (2.1 Hons) from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
Brian also holds a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching accredited by the Association for Coaching (ACA) in addition to being a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
