We focus upon delivering exceptional quality of client service with high quality of deliverable through attracting and developing the best team. We execute this focus is via our Global Niche Strategy and our local, EisnerAmper Ireland, strategy.
Our Global Niche Strategy is to provide innovative solutions and specialist services to specific markets in key global financial services and international trading hubs. As Ireland’s leading specialist accountancy firm, we play a key role in bringing financial services and international trade to Ireland and advising leading Irish corporates and state bodies. We bring global connectivity and perspective to how we work. Being part of EisnerAmper Global ( gives our clients access to leading minds and cutting edge services by leveraging the expertise of 200 partners and 1700 professionals across the United States, Cayman Islands, India, Ireland, Israel, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Our EisnerAmper Ireland strategy has four elements: to focus upon specialist services to Ireland’s Financial Services, International Business and Government sectors; to position our firm as a key driver and “case study” founding member of EisnerAmper Global in order to add value to, and benefit from, EisnerAmper Global’s niche strategy; to incorporate design thinking and technology as a fundamental part of how we “Make Trade Happen”; and to leverage the symbiotic nature of the first three elements of our strategy in order to become the natural and complementary, specialist, alternative to the existing large advisors to global markets.

The Art of Practice is the unique approach to developing the next generation of accountants and advisors.  It is a conceptual framework that underpins our strategy to develop specialist professionals with a full practitioner skillset.

Our trainees are involved in all elements of practice management from day one.  From the outset, trainees work closely with Partners and Senior Management to deliver services to our key markets.  This approach facilitates our trainees getting hands on experience while also developing the core awareness, knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in their careers.

Through the EisnerAmper Ireland Academy, we are committed to providing a comprehensive range of competency development and business and technical training throughout the year which includes: monthly training seminars; full day internal departmental technical training sessions; and off-site residential training programmes with guest speakers.

We understand the importance of hiring the best people.  Members of our Team attend the main recruitment fairs and events in Ireland; we maintain strong relationships with the major Universities and Accounting Institutions in the country.

We value the importance of hands on experience by promoting Secondment opportunities for our team both in Ireland and abroad.  Check out our blog from six of our Team who recently returned from working with EisnerAmper LLP’s New York and San Francisco offices.
