We are seeking a business driven and self-motivated Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Manager.  The candidate should have financial services experience particularly in the compliance sector and should be a qualified or part qualified accountant.

What you will be doing:

As the Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Manager, your role will include: 

    • Preparation of financial regulatory returns on behalf of clients for submission to the Central Bank of Ireland. 
    • Preparation of compliance tasks on behalf of clients including annual compliance plans, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, policy updates and training. 
    • Preparing and writing detailed reports relating to regulatory technical requirements to clients and compliance board report.  
    • Supporting technical queries from clients. 
    • Identify, manage, monitor and assess regulatory risks. 
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes and business objectives and use this knowledge on assignments. 
    • Working on client site / remotely as part of client project teams 
    • Reporting to on-site and off-site EAI Management. 
    • Supporting technical regulatory queries. 
    • Staying abreast of financial regulations and compliance requirements set by regulatory bodies such as the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulatory authorities. 
    • Ensuring quality and timely service is delivered to clients.

Manager Benefits

Required Experience:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a Financial or Compliance role. 
  • Part qualified accountant studying for a relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) or newly qualified accountant. Interested in / or studying for LCI with the Compliance Institute. 
  • Preparation of management accounts or statutory financial statements. 
  • Strong knowledge of Irish Regulatory Reporting requirements. 
  • IT Literacy with a track record of using full MS Office Suite in particular experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  
  • Strong knowledge of Irish regulatory landscape i.e. MiFID, Insurance, Credit Unions, Funds.  
  • Experience in creating / updating compliance policies and frameworks. 
  • Awareness of current topics in financial services sector. 
  • High standard of oral and written communication skills.  
  • Strong research skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • High-Standard of report writing skills. 
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • High ethical standards.

We have adopted a hybrid working model to provide a combination of office and remote working facilities for our team.
